Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

2 large peaches, cut into 1” pieces and frozen

1 avocado, pit and skin removed

3 cups greens (spinach, kale, Swiss chard, beet greens)

1 cup almond milk

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp hemp seed

 

Substitutions:

Don’t have/don’t like peaches? Use any fruit you like!

Don’t have almond milk? Any nut-free milk is delicious in this recipe.

 

Steps

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
