Grilled Stone Fruit & Burrata

With our Organic Stone Fruit Box


  • 4 pieces stone fruit (peaches, apricots, plums, nectarines)
  • 1 container burrata
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Feshly ground black pepper 


Heat a grill over high heat.
Cut the stone fruit in half and remove the pit.
Season with olive oil, salt and black pepper. 

Place the stone fruit, cut side down, on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes until caramelized. 

Place on a platter and drizzle with more olive oil and the vinegar. 
Spoon pieces of the burrata over the stone fruit and top with basil.
