Savory Granola

Ingredients

1 cup walnuts
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp ground fennel
2 tsps ground turmeric
2 tsps ground ginger
3 tbsps olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1⁄4 tsp kosher salt

Steps

Place a saucepan over medium heat.


Add the olive and spices, cooking until fragrant. About 2 minutes.


Add the walnuts and toss to the coast, cooking another 2-3 minutes.


Add the honey and salt, stir and let cook another 3-4 minutes or until the bubbling subsides.


Transfer to an oiled sheet tray and let cool.
