Ingredients

  • Half head of radicchio 
  • Half head of frisée 
  • 2 cups arugula 
  • For Dressing
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey

Steps

  • For Dressing
  • Put all ingredients in a small jar or blender shake or blend until thickened and blended.
  • For Salad
  • Slice radicchio, chop frisee and blend with arugula.
  • Toss with dressing and serve.
