There's some serious magic inside this loaf. The smell and texture of the polenta is very special, and it's our favorite creation of Andy Kadin and his team at Bub & Grandma’s. We recommend drowning it in our Flamingo Estate Olive Oil - it's the best thing since, well... sliced bread.

Holiday Delivery Hours:
CHRISTMAS WEEK
CSA delivery will be on Tuesday Dec 22 (not Friday Dec 25)
Cutoff time for Dec 22 delivery is midnight Sunday Dec 20.

NEW YEARS WEEK
There will be no CSA deliveries the week of Dec 26 - Jan 1.
All subscriptions typically scheduled for that week will resume on Friday Jan 8.
All new CSA orders made between 12:01am Monday Dec 20 and 9pm Jan 6 will be included in the Friday Jan. 8 delivery.

Normal Delivery Hours

Delivery is every Friday from 11AM-7PM.

Cut Off Time
Orders placed before 9PM every Wednesday will be available for the Friday delivery. Orders placed after 9PM will be sent the following Friday.

Spelt polenta bread

Excellent reminds me of when I lived in Germany and there were so many great bakeries making dense flavorful bread like this.
