Made in small batches with nutritious ingredients including Alexandre Jersey milk from cows on pasture, eggs from chicken on pasture, Yecora Rojo stoneground flour milled by Central Milling. Comes frozen.

Harry’s Berries Strawberries (1 lb)
Sweetest, ripest, first-of-the-season Strawberries from cult-following farm, Harry’s Berries (again, IYKYK).
This batter is made with fresh ingredients and then frozen. Remove from freezer the night before use. Once defrosted it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. To cook, preheat a skillet over medium-high heat, use oil of your choice (olive, vegetable, butter) and ladle batter into skillet. If batter is too thick, thin by adding water or milk for desired consistency. Let cakes cook until golden brown and firm to the touch. Enjoy with Maple Syrup and Strawberries.
