Ingredients

¼ lettuce

60g arugula

5 radish

Fresh mint to taste

75g withe yogurt
-
2 spoons extra virgin olive oil

Dill to taste

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Slice the radish in thin slices. Wash the lettuce and the arugula and place them in a bowl, add the mint and the radish and mix them.

In a separate bowl prepare the yogurt dressing, mixing the yogurt with olive oil salt, pepper and fine chopped dill.

Now pour the dressing on the salad and mix it.
