Ingredients

  • ¼ lettuce
  • 60g arugula
  • 5 radish
  • Fresh mint to taste
  • 75g withe yogurt
  • 2 spoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Dill to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

    • Slice the radish in thin slices. Wash the lettuce and the arugula and place them in a bowl, add the mint and the radish and mix them.
    • In a separate bowl prepare the yogurt dressing, mixing the yogurt with olive oil salt, pepper and fine chopped dill.
    • Now pour the dressing on the salad and mix it.
