Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1⁄2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1⁄4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 1 1⁄2 cups raisins

Steps

  • Add all ingredients with the exception of the raisins into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Place raisins in a heatproof jar or other container and pour over the pickling liquid. You can
    use it immediately or let sit in the fridge overnight.
