Two of our favorite people called us about a limited harvest of something very special.

Our friend Jim Fullmer at Hoskin’s Berry Farm made us some very limited-edition Heirloom Blackberry & Apple Vinegar. Jim biodynamically grows and harvests the Blackberries and Apples, from trees that are over 100 years old. He naturally ferments them together in Oak barrels, and the result is a Vinegar that is truly alive.

Then, wildly exciting Blackberry Blossom Honey! Harvested in late spring by beekeeper David Nunez, when Blackberry bushes explode with delicate white blossoms that provide ample pollen for hungry honey bees. This is a really beautiful honey, really fruity and sweet with hints of molasses. The color is red/purple, deep and complex.
