Richard wanted a jar of this for a friend and so we made a small batch to share with everyone else. First, we harvested a batch of tiny Calabrian Chiles. Then added some smoked Morita Chiles and fragrant early season garlic. We chopped it all up and infused them in all in our peppery Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The result is a limited-edition, Chile Oil that delivers multitudes of flavors. Just in time for Spring frying and baking. I’m going to add to the pan for my greens, crispy-edged fried egg, and on my avocado toast.

Lovely & Kick

Wonderful kick of heat with a more complex flavor profile with the other ingredients in the oil. Fantastic mixed in with avocado for avocado toast. Lovely mixed with balsamic glaze and EVO as a dipping sauce for toasted focaccia and fantastic drizzled on poached eggs.
